Leather is porous and delicate. Returns will be rejected if:
Scent: The jacket smells of perfume, cologne, smoke, or body odor.
Creasing: There is heavy "arm creasing" (indicating it was worn for more than a simple fitting).
Tags: Original hangtags must be attached.
Packaging: It must be returned in the original dust bag or box to prevent scuffing during transit.

3.⁠ ⁠Shipping & Fees
The "One Free Exchange" Rule: To reduce purchase anxiety, offer one free size exchange (we cover the shipping).

Return Shipping: For pure refunds, the customer usually covers the return shipping cost.

Restocking Fees: For custom made jackets, a "No Returns" policy is standard, but offering a discounted alteration service is a great compromise.
